
STUDIO POLICIES
1 | Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your session.

The remaining balance is due before your session starts. Deposits go toward vour total. No deposit = no booking.

Sessions are booked first come, first served - plan ahead to secure your time.
2 | Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand things happen -- please-give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule

Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

One reschedule per deposit (must be within 7 days).
3 | Session Time

Session time starts at your scheduled time, not arrival.

Please arrive on time and ready to work.

Setup, breakdown, and file transfers are part of your booked time.

Coming late means less time to create - we want your session to count.
4 | Guest & Conduct

Limit 2 guests unless approved in advance.

Sanctuary is a safe space - respect the studio, the staff, and the vibe.

Any disrespectful or disruptive behavior ends the session without refund
5 | File Policy

You can request a rough mix at the end of your session.

Final mixes, masters, and session files are delivered after full payment.

Please bring a USB or hard drive for file transfers.

Files are kept for 30 davs - after that, we're not responsible for storage.
6 | Studio Footage & Promotion

By recording at Sanctuary, you agree that photos or short clips may be used for promotion unless you request other wise in writing.
7 | Payment

Accepted: Cash, CashApp, Apple Pay, or Zelle (confirm with your engineer).

All payments are final once the session starts.

No refunds - only growth, good energy, and great music.
